Carol is a Co-Founder and President of Commercial Realty Partners. Carol has over 25 years of experience advising landlords and tenants in complex real estate transactions. She continues to provide advisory and transactional services to clients in all market segments, ranging from small professional service firms to large fortune 500 companies. Carol had previously been selected by the Los Angeles Business Journal as one of the top 5 Landlord Brokers. She has been involved in transactions with distinguished industry leaders such as: Turner Broadcasting System; Price Waterhouse; Princess Cruises; Wolfgang Puck; Creative Artists Agency; American Idol/19 Entertainment; and Fidelity Investments, to name a few. She has also represented over 65 major commercial real estate assets for landlords, such as: GE Capital Group; JMB Realty; Kennedy Wilson; LeFrak Organization; Douglas Emmett; The RMR Group, and Arden Realty, among others. Carol has concluded more than 1,500 lease transactions in excess of 12 million square feet with an aggregate value exceeding $3 billion, and has represented over 25 million square feet of commercial assets. Carol earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from U.C.L.A.

Cindy has been a leader in the commercial real estate industry since 1986. As a Co-Founder of Commercial Realty Partners, Cindy has spent the previous 25 years as one of the leading institutional landlord representatives, and had previously been selected by the Los Angeles Business Journal as one of the top 5 Landlord Brokers. During Cindy's tenure as a Senior Vice President at JMB Properties Company and Heitman Properties, Ltd., she represented over 7 million square feet of office space throughout Los Angeles. Cindy also held the position of Director of Real Estate at Warner Bros. domestically and internationally, which included the leasing and sale negotiations for over 12 million square feet of office and industrial space occupied by Warner Bros. worldwide. Her extensive experience working with local, national, and institutional owners has afforded her tenant-based clients a unique advantage in lease negotiations. As a testimony to her superior level of service and expertise in office leasing, the majority of her business comes from client referrals and repeat business. Cindy has concluded real estate transactions in excess of $2 billion during her career. Cindy graduated with honors from the University of Missouri, and has been a resident of Los Angeles since 1990.

Hadley is Senior Vice President of Commercial Realty Partners, Inc. He is known for his ability to formulate the best solutions and negotiate the most favorable deals for his clients. With over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, Hadley has developed expertise in analysis, marketing, and leasing of all types of commercial properties, ranging from Class A high-rise office buildings to industrial buildings. His primary focus is on a solution-oriented approach to achieve the goals and objectives of his clients. His exceptional leadership ability and proven success in creating value for his clients' real estate assets make him an ideal leader for overseeing all aspects of the leasing process. Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, Hadley experienced a high level of success in the media industry. Throughout his career, Hadley has been recognized as a top performing consultant, winning numerous awards. Hadley earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Maryland at College Park.

As Vice President, Melanie Morgan brings a creative and innovative approach to every transaction she is involved in.  With a diverse sales and marketing background, she and has always been a top producer throughout her career. Melanie's work ethic and dedication to serving her clients is uncompromising.  Coupled with her knowledge, superior level of professionalism and strong leadership skills, Melanie is an important asset to Commercial Realty Partners. Prior to joining Commercial Realty Partners, Melanie served as the Western Regional Vice President of Sales, for HQ Global Workplaces, then the nation’s largest full-service executive office suite provider. Melanie was responsible for new business development, client retention, marketing and sales for 33 locations throughout HQ's western region. In addition to office leasing for Commercial Realty Partners, Melanie, along with partners Carol Roth and Cindy White, cofounded "Platinum Office Suites”, a brand new executive office suite, in Westlake Village, CA. Carol, Cindy and Melanie developed, managed and held this large full-service suite for four years, until it was purchased by Regus Business Centers.  For years Commercial Realty Partners has specialized in tenant representation of executive suite providers and along with Melanie’s background in the industry, this hands-on experience served to enhance the level of expertise that Commercial Really Partners brings to the table. Melanie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Arizona State University, and has continuing education in several diverse areas, such as Neuro Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy and Reiki. Melanie is a Southern California native

Zach Roth is an Associate at Commercial Realty Partners and specializes in the marketing of office, medical, retail, and industrial properties.  He is committed to providing the highest level of service to his clients during all stages of the transaction. He has exceptional analytical skills and can identify hidden opportunities before they come to market. Zach has always possessed great leadership skills and he has always been a valued team member in everything he has pursued. He has been an all-around athlete and was recruited to play college baseball for California Lutheran University, with the Varsity team winning the National title during his tenure at the school. Zach grew up in Los Angeles, California and graduated with a Major in Real Estate and a Minor in Finance from California State University at Northridge.
